The pickup form collects contact details, pickup context, and photographs so we can decide whether and how to respond.
Information you submit
The pickup form may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, equipment description, access notes, request category, and photographs. Please do not submit a full street address, government identifier, payment information, or confidential data through the initial form.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to assess the request, communicate with you, plan a potential pickup, prevent abuse, and maintain an operational record. It is not sold.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for website hosting, secure file storage, spam prevention, and internal request notifications. These providers may process submitted or technical information only as needed to deliver those services.
Photographs and publication
Submitted photographs are for private request review. Offseason Electronics will not intentionally publish your photographs, name, address, or recovery story without separate permission.
Retention and deletion
Submission records are retained only as long as reasonably useful for review, follow-up, operations, and legitimate recordkeeping. To request deletion of a submission, email us with its reference number.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, including private object storage and limited access. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
